Independent Music Award Nominations
by on April 11, 2019 in NEWS

Spottiswoode & His Enemies latest album “Lost in the City” has been nominated for three Independent Music Awards (IMA) – including one for me personally as “Producer of the Year” for my work on the record:

  1. Album of the Year – “Lost in the City” for Adult Contemporary Category
  2. Song of the Year – “I Don’t Regret” for Acoustic Category
  3. Producer of the Year – Riley McMahon for “Eclectic” Category

Proud to get these nominations as producer, mixer, arranger and musician on the album. First time I’ve been nominated as “Producer of the Year” and third time I’ve collaborated with Spottiswoode for an IMA “Album of the Year” nomination — first in 2005 with Spottiswoode & McMahon’s “S&M” and in 2014 with Spottiswoode & His Enemies “English Dream”.

Winners will be announced June 21-22 at a ceremony in NYC.
