Raina Sokolov-Gonzalez returned to the studio this month to lay down lead vocals on her new album.

Sessions were scheduled after I received an email from engineer Jon Rosenberg (Anthony Braxton, Wynton Marsalis, Pat Metheny, Joe Lovano and John Zorn) letting me know he and Raina enjoyed working here last summer and they’d like to come back.  Pictured here are Raina, Jon in the booth and Raina’s brother and producer Jake Sokolov Gonzalez.
