Had an awesome brush with classic rock fame being on a bill with The Zombies last night in NYC.
My friend Don Dilego called upon me to perform with him on guitar, lap steel and mandolin during his opening slot for The Zombies third night of sold out shows at The City Winery.
An honor sharing the stage with these heroes of the British Invasion who still sounded amazing after all these years – having formed in 1958 with hits on the charts before I was born. Inspiring to say the least.
