Had a great time over several dates in May and June continuing work on the debut album from Bob Lanzetti – guitarist for Grammy-winning band Snarky Puppy.
Sessions for the album included Snarky Puppy bandleader Michael League on bass, Jordan Perlson on drums, Phil Sterk on pedal steel, Matt Aronoff on bass, Nate Werth, Marcelo Woloski and James Shipp on percussion, Mike Maher and Jay White on vocals, and Liam Robinson on accordion,
Bob brought a variety of amps and guitars to the studio but we mostly leaned on his 1982 Tokai Strat running simultaneously into both his Fender Princeton and a Supro Tremo-Verb or his Supro Thunderbolt when we were looking for a big rock tone.
