Solo acoustic guitarist Glenn Roth has released his latest album “Welcome Home”.
Album was tracked and mixed at New Warsaw Studio late in 2014 through summer 2015 with very few overdubs and tracked primarily on Glenn’s Larrivee L-85.
Used quite a bit of M/S recording technique with large diaphragm Neumann mics along with a matched pair Karma omnis to capture the sound I was hearing in the room. We then heightened the sonic experience with some additive EQ and reverb on mixdown.
All the songs on the album are originals composed by Glenn expect an amazing cover of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”.
